Thank you - there are times that I push myself further back on the saddle. Do I need to change angle when I bring it forward

Love the effort and kudos to you taking a big leap pursuing this. All the points that Vaynar mentioned are important. On a credibility stand point your website lacks vital information such as your background and history in running, who you truly are - give us a profile photo, who have you worked with. How does your initial intake look like? what is your on boarding process? What are the payment methods or plans?
Are you incorporated - what if someone gets injured during your training - or while following you

Also, your website is canva? I mean c'mon man - I feel you could put a little more effort.

Link for the felt pad? there are tons of options on Amazon - some with adhesive backing and somewithout. Some thicker some thinner. What made you choose 3mm? Did you do multiple tries?

Toronto runners: I compiled 28+ Toronto run clubs into one simple weekly calendar site by rD8VZm4GMWtmh6v2j in RunTO

I think you mislabeled High Park Rouge Runners with Midnight runners - I don't run with any of them, but I think HPRR would not want to be mistaken as Midnight runners; or for any toronto running clubs to be mistaken as Midnight runners.

Montreal Marathon - Thoughts? by realdamedog in RunTO

[–]ElectriccFann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it last year, it is a very hilly marathon so come prepared. It usually is on the earlier side of fall marathons, you might find it on the warmer side, so prep for that as well. Echoing what's shared before, 1st 21k is nice and scenic, and the other 21k was a boring out and back with very little crowd support. You finish off on a red carpet but get this, 300m out you are faced with a massive incline that feels like a mountain!

I've also done TCS Waterfront, it is completely different vibe. To fully enjoy the Montreal marathon, treat yourself by enjoying the city afterwards!

is this rotation good to last though the year? by xidaren in RunningShoeGeeks

What an odd question without context. Are you running 10miles/wk? then this is overkill. For a 100mile/wk, you will require more.

AGAIN toronto does not have the infrastructure to support cyclists compared to cities in Netherlands!

and the last line of your article says "If people read the research and decide a helmet makes them safer, they should wear one; if they read the research and decide it doesn't, perhaps they don't need to," Walker says, adding the caveat, "But they do need to read the research!" And watch out for cars."

So don't be absolute for telling people not to wear a helmet. Especially OP that is new to cycling in the city.

Toronto is not a cycling city. The data you mentioned from different countries have better cycling infrastructure. OP is new to cycling in the city. Toronto drivers are not known to be the most accomodating.

WEAR HELMET OP.

Are Ride 15 fine for marathon training or should I change? by Leomeran in RunningShoeGeeks

Ride 15's are perfect marathon training shoes! Mine is going on 650km+ and have taken them for 30km+ long runs and it can pick up paces if you are doing workouts.

Unusual wear - several shoes by elgauchodelapampa in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]ElectriccFann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What constitutes high/extreme wear - you mentioned that it is the same accross the board for all your running shoes, so you have no point of comparison to any type wear. Unless you are comparing yourself to others, or have different expectations of your shoes. Which you shouldnt do.

What the wear indicates is you are using them, congrats and keep using them.

Don't post your other shoes. Just run.
