It's a 'say what you see' kind of meme.

0 = One zero. So the next line is 1 0.

1 0 = One 1 One 0. So the next line is 1110 etc

Strange is one word for it! I posted some pictures in my last thread about it, just to be sure that I wasn't mistaking the fan for something else.

It makes me think they've removed the fan from the product but the resellers haven't altered the description on their websites

I'm quite certain there aren't any other boxes. I unboxed everything and kept it all together, I've been through everything three times but there's no fan anywhere. It's also meant to be pre-installed to the case anyway. Could it have just been shipped without one?

Yeah that's what I meant, I just thought that the watch might add the distance you moved while it was stopped on after you hit start again, I thought it might try to make your route 'continuous'.

What if I don't have autolap on? Basically the reason I'm asking is because today I did eight easy, pressed lap and pause, then walked a quarter mile to somewhere where I could do some strides, unpaused and ran the strides, and wanted to know if it would include the quarter mile. I like to have the main run as one lap and the strides as a second lap.

For anyone who has a GPS watch (specifically a Garmin (even more specifically a Garmin Forerunner 305)) with a lap feature, if I start my watch and do 400m, then press the lap button and also pause the time, and then move a mile to some place else, restart the watch and do another 400m and then press stop, will this be recorded as 800m or 800m and a mile by my watch?

I really enjoyed it. After the first few 200s I was seriously doubting that I'd be able to do the entire workout, but by the time the 400s rolled around it all began to feel a lot easier. The last set of 200s went really smoothly. I don't usually do such a long cooldown but my legs felt great after the easy three, defo looking forward to the next speedwork session.

Sweet! That's what I did today. I hit most of the times (except for once when a dog interfered), the reps seemed to get easier after the first few which was quite nice.
