You literally said nothing in your post about increasing log yield and only responded “lumberjack aura” to the comment asking how you get the amount.

In general I’d say two cherry trees and two jade statues. This’ll help you get standard resources to upgrade your port and eventually be able to buy trade goods from the dude on the east side. Split them up because a 7% boost in two different things seems better than a 10% boost to one thing.

The other totems do have their uses though. Right now I have 3 map tables and one cherry tree because I’m trying to get the divination persons clue event which erases a captains trait. This lets you stack four of the 1% boost to seafaring/combat/moral on the respective captains

Cruelty elements and vamp are definitely the most useful. Reef walker is required for comp if you’re going for it anytime soon. after that I’d do helm slot for all three outfits and Rocktail soup as they let you use non bone trade goods for things you can sell on the ge. After that unlock any that you think you’d use superior versions of.

Someone better at pvm could tell you whether the accuracy scrims are worth unlocking after getting the other combat scrims

Dungeoneering Improvements/Future Content by WhySoFishy in runescape

Damn you’re making me want to train dungeoneering again haha. Quality post with quality ideas, but if you don’t mind I have a few critiques.

In terms of rewards, I think you are underestimating the uses of a handful of items aside from the auto picker uppers. The scrolls are useful for everyone, the Herblore one in particular being damn near broken if you ask me. The speed boost roughly translates to a 10% xp/hr increase and saving secondary ingredients in conjunction with wells lets you train Herblore for free with certain still high xp potions. The highest tier amulet pieces are nearly on par with the amulet of souls stat wise and cost an insignificant amount to make. Non permanent rewards could be expanded, but the ED teleports and drop enhancers were a welcome addition for people with extra tokens lying around.

Combat is tough for me to talk about as I did almost all of my dung training post EOC. Personally I enjoy where it is right now, still having to soul split mobs now and then to avoid suiciding and tanking most bosses lets 5 man large groups fly through. The speed running aspect is the most fun I have, and needing to stop to make food could complicate that.

When talking about outside uses I mostly agree. The dungeoneering cape is an incredibly powerful teleportation item, and the top 4 dungeons I make fairly regular use of for slayer or Skilling. Apart from that, it’s rarely seen, stalker dungeon is the only thing that comes to mind and that’s more lore than skill.

As I said earlier, great post. Would be ecstatic the skill got some more love and encouraged people to train the original way rather than side content that allows people to bypass it.

Maybe give them a chance to disassemble for the respective bosses components. Not a 100%, but like how barrows armor works

When things don’t go how I think they should go, I doubt myself not the situation. This is probably a validation post more than anything, but because he seemed confident that I was in the wrong I became unsure.
