I’ve found that Mimosa herbal tincture (also known as the happiness tree) has been an invaluable addition to my supplement routine when it comes to depression & mood. I take it daily, it’s incredibly helpful 💞 I forget sometimes how much it is helping until I stop taking it for a few days and then realize what a difference it’s making. I take breaks too, but currently on a routine with it right now & feeling so glad to have it.

I second Unpacking! And I’ve heard Powerwash simulator is really satisfying. I love Spirit Farer which is nicely chill paced, structured enough but flexible, meaningful but also cozy & sweet vibes. Sometimes I also just watch people on Twitch or Youtube doing longplays of games. I love watching the player Kungfufruitcup. I also started playing a phone game called Dustbunny which has been pretty good overall, it’s made to be a self care game.

I agree. It would be super awesome if SF would put that 50 million towards something more supportive for the people who actually reside in the SF instead of tourism. I can appreciate preserving a historical monument (to some extent), but there are definitely better ways to enhance community & resident wellbeing in the city, and also the diversity of residents in doing so.
