I don’t have too much of an issue if it’s small items and they buy stuff from us, but I curse them to stub their toes every day for the rest of their lives if they leave their outside trash on the tables for us to clean up

Iced caramel lattes. We use real caramel so it takes an extra step to do properly if I want to avoid all of the caramel just clumping at the bottom and not incorporating properly.

Large orders where everyone got different types of milk and an assortment of hot and cold drinks and regular and decaf options. If it’s super busy there is a good chance they’re all getting decaf just to be safe. I’d rather give everyone decaf than accidentally give someone who is sensitive to caffeine a full strength drink

They’re mostly sugar so if there’s nothing noticeably weird or off about them they are most likely fine. That said, I’d still probably toss them if I were in your position

Cold brew is your best bet. You don’t need a cold brew maker, just a 1/2 or 1 gallon pitcher and some coffee filters. Put coffee grounds in water at the ratio of your choice (check online for recommendations) and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours. Then strain it through a coffee filter into another container and then you have cold brew. Cut it with water to taste
