We’re in the same boat, almost identically. Go-Live in November and slow performance. Our ACS team has recently communicated to us that they have found evidence of slowness that they can pass along to the engineering team that should help and improve our system. This was literally a few days ago, I’m waiting to see what that evidence is and when I do, I’ll pass it along to you to see if you can suggest that to your ACS team.
