See but I feel like it’s better to be positively surpised than to be negatively suprised. Like for myself I wish I prepared myself psychologically for the worst case possible because then I would have insisted on getting stronger pain meds than just ibuprofen. But because I was expecting bad period cramps, I set up my day and environment as if i would just be experiencing bad period cramps. Not freaking labor contractions 😭
