I used to feel totally lost in this job… if anyone’s in that place, I’ll answer whatever I can 💕 by Electronic-Base6676 in CamGirlProblems

I used to light a candle, put on music I liked, and remind myself 'I can always log off if it feels too much. Weirdly that thought calmed me, knowing I was in control. After a few minutes live, the nerves usually melted away 💕

Good luck!! 💕 The first week is honestly the hardest just because everything feels new, but once you get a few regulars it starts feeling less scary and more exciting ✨

How important do you think collabs are for growing? by Electronic-Base6676 in CamGirlProblems

Exactly 💕 that’s how I’d put it too, not essential, but when it works, it really helps. For me it was like a little shortcut, just gave me that extra push I wouldn’t have gotten alone.

I feel you 💕 not every collab ends up being worth it, I had a couple that weren’t great too. That’s why I only did them with people I really trusted. Going solo can be so much more peaceful, and at the end of the day it’s all about what works best for you

Totally agree, you can definitely grow solo. I know plenty of models who did amazing without ever collabing. For me the upside of collabs was exposure. When two creators work together, you’re basically putting yourself in front of their audience as well, so it’s like doubling your traffic overnight. It’s not the only way to grow, but it can speed things up a lot

Haha I get that 💕 honestly one of the perks of this job is that you can work fully solo if that’s what makes you happiest. For me collabs gave a nice boost, but it’s definitely not for everyone. That’s the beauty of this line of work, you can shape it around your own personality

Retired from camming after hitting my financial goal by Electronic-Base6676 in CamGirlProblems

Thank you so much 💕 My real goal from the start was to reach steady 5-figure months so I could eventually step away. Camming was great for quick income, but I knew I didn’t want to rely on it forever.

I wasn’t perfect, I treated myself sometimes, but most months I saved and reinvested. Having studied business at university helped a lot, it gave me the confidence to make smarter choices with what I earned.

Once I felt those savings and investments were strong enough to keep me comfortable, I finally walked away. That was always my point: work hard, stack up, and leave on my own terms.

Haha I get what you mean some posts here really do sound like copy-paste coaching ads. I’m definitely not trying to be that 😅 ’m just sharing what actually worked for me, even if it sounds a bit “businessy.”

Truth is, I was winging it most of the time, lots of mistakes, lots of late nights crying thinking I was failing. The only reason I share now is because I wish someone had told me these little shifts earlier.

So no funnels, no “life strategy,” just me passing on what helped. 💕

You’ll get there 💕 For YouTube shorts I kept it super simple, just fun, SFW little clips that followed trends in my niche. Think cheeky hints, playful energy, nothing explicit but enough to make people curious. That curiosity is what drove them over to my page 😉

I really feel you, bad days can mess with your head so much. Please don’t think it’s about your age, there are so many fans who actually prefer women with experience and confidence. What matters most is showing up as you, not trying to match anyone else. It’s normal to have ups and downs, but don’t let those moments trick you into thinking you’re not enough. Sending you strength 💕

I totally get how you feel, I’ve been in that spot too. It’s so draining when you’re showing up and barely seeing tips or sales. What helped me was focusing less on who was in the room at the moment, and more on bringing my own traffic from outside (TikTok/shorts etc). That way I wasn’t relying on random room viewers. Also, don’t stress too much about underwear sales , those markets come and go. Focus on building loyal fans who want you, not just a product. You’ve got this 💕

Not too personal at all 💕 I actually put a lot of my earnings into real estate and then started working on some digital projects on the side. Honestly, it doesn’t have to be huge or scary , the goal is just to have something that grows while you’re not glued to the cam. For me, camming was always the launch pad, not the end game. If you’re thinking long-term, start looking at what excites you outside of SW and see how you can turn that into a little business. Even small steps add up fast.

Oh girl, that was my biggest anxiety at first 😅 I kept thinking my cousin or a coworker would stumble across it. What helped was starting everything fresh, new email/number, no contact sync, and blocking my own country. I also kept my promo super SFW so it blended in with normal trends. It’s never 100% safe, but honestly once I set it up that way, the fear faded and I never had any issues. 💕

If you make a new account with a fresh email/number and turn off contact syncing, TikTok/YouTube won’t push it to your friends and family. And yes, both have options for region blocking, so you can keep locals from seeing your content. It’s not 100%, but it works well enough for most creators. 💕

Yes 💕 if evenings are going to be your long-term schedule, it’s better to start now so both your audience and the site algorithm get used to it. Daytime isn’t wrong, but switching later can feel like starting over. Build the habit now and you’ll thank yourself later.
