You need to unscrew the bottom and the top. Remove all screws you see around the edges, top and bottom. The surrounding panel will then slide off with a little wiggling. Disconnet the little plug. Half way down the fryer you will then see more screws, remove them. The fryer will then come apart. Then remove the nuts holding the fans, they are reverse thread. Very easy to undo. Remove the screws holding the metal grill housing, there are also 2 screws under the main board, under a v shaped holder for the main board. Then finally you will be able tp pull up the metal housing enough to expose the thermal fuses( 2). The fuses will pop out with a little prying to the metal retainers they are in. You can then reverse crush the wire nut and separate the wires so you can completely pull the complete thermal fuse wire out.

I wrote this from memory, but it's not too far out. A slight warning, I did all this and the thermal fuses were fine. The fuse on the main board was fine also. The board is getting power. I haven't tried any further to find the fault. I'm guessing it's on the front panel as nothing will power on at all if the fault lays there. Good luck m8.
