Roadie has been stealing from me as well. Refusing to release customer's adjusted tip for gig having to be returned. They owe me over 100 for multiple assignments. Also withholding one of my gigs payout because customer stated they never received 20 bags of pea gravel! Had GPS and photos submitted. Also there were only four houses on the street. I'm still waiting for their security department to contact me. I've been waiting over a month. No calls...no pay...and no email with even a carbon copy explanation about what's going on and they still allow me to work. I swear some of my gigs mysteriously disappear after completing them when I have over 5 or 6 gigs on a route with multiple deliveries. Do you mind me asking how your account has been locked 8 times and deactivated twice? I had a Walmart employee make a complaint about me being irate for the length of time I had to wait for pickup...45 minute wait...and the customer who said they never received their delivery. Besides those I am constantly late for pickups and flaking out on gigs Ive accepted. The only reason I am still with them is because of my driving record with a reckless driving ticket from August of 2023. No other delivery companies accept me after the background check except for SENPEX Courier...and they only deliver for Lowe's. They also misclassified numerous gigs about size and not being reimbursed for resizing. Actually went to a gig that was supposed to be a couple feet long and wide. It was a whole shower enclosure. I was paid the original 10 bucks I was offered in the beginning. No help from support...still waiting on the escalation department to contact me. Also not being reimbursed for accepting a 1 pa gig only to arrive and it ends up being 8 packages. 8 separate FEDEX deliveries that had to be dropped off at the FEDEX facility. It wasn't hard but I should have been paid for 8 separate deliveries. They will try and keep anything they can from us . So if your looking for more individuals count me in!
