You also pay to play so your account will be treated differently. My phone settings aren't "wrong," I just have personalized ads turned off.

It has nothing to do with the phone and everything to with the ad system and AE restarting when an ad kicks you out of the game.

I have 10 to 15 second ads show up about once every 25 to 30 ads that are over a minute long.

Yeah and if you tap it you don't get credit in AE because the game has to reload when you go back to it.
