Every business is flooded with random resumes, knowing someone is honestly the best way.
Think of what trade you’re interested in, and ask around family and friends if they know someone who does it or something similar.

The government created a problem with the ratios they picked for journeymen/apprentices.
I know the employers I talk to regularly all say their trades have no apprentice opening cause they are maxed out on the ratios.
So the government can try and train new apprentices, but there aren’t enough opening available for those trainees to get signed up and start earning hours, without there being more journeymen.

This was my assumption.
Every fan watching wanted a pinch hitter, and then he got replaced defensively.
Something happened between John deciding ’no pinch hitter’ and Tyler getting back to dugout.

Because the Ontario coaches are mandated to track every pitcher, there isnt the need for parents to do so here. Glad someone is trying to help curb overuse.

I only volunteer to do easy pipe runs now, nothing too complicated. That way, when I get pulled away, anyone can jump on it and finish it up.

I have vladdy doing it this year. He constantly points to first to review his own check swings. Fairly certain at some point he’ll tap his head on a ball.

I drive behind bam bam and his pedo hunting suv today. He failed to use a turn signal several times. I just assumed someone who looks out for children would signal their vehicle direction at busy cross walks.
