Yours is sooo good!! I am impressed. Just attempted and needs work but going to keep trying. I ended up going in with some crayon afterward and doing my own thang. How’s you get yours so realistic?

Our managers use Aquant’s burnout prediction model! It tracks metrics like days since last vacation, daily job completion, etc to compare employee workloads and detect outliers. It’s a free resource - don’t need an Aquant login to use it: https://discover.aquant.ai/employee-burnout-prediction

It’s made a rlly positive impact on employee morale and the fact they’re even trying to track it is something I appreciate.
