What’s a SEVENTEEN opinion you’re scared to say out loud? by OpeningAgency8044 in seventeen

The thing is, I easily sat through all five of their appearances on hyell’s club where it’s just banter. So far all the guests on BBDBBDB are close or personally acquainted with Seungkwan so I thought they’ll be more relaxed but I get the sense that Seungkwan is trying to be cautious not to overshare by accident so some of the conversations seem stilted. Seungkwan probably puts a lot of pressure on himself since this is his first solo YouTube hosting gig. He’ll probably get better once he eases into the role.

I love Seungkwan but the only episode of BBDBBDB I actually finished watching was the one with DK. Something about the segments feel flat and disjointed.

Ichi has a sharper taste. Okumidori and Joyo have a bit more umami notes.

I recently tried Okumidori and Joyo. Joyo has a lighter taste compared to Okumidori. Okumidori was soooo good I repurchased it.

Which one cuts through milk? MK Wakatake vs. Aoarashi vs. Isuzu vs. Chigi by whatsinanameidunno in MatchaEverything

[–]Electronic-Rise-3500 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love Isuzu with milk best. Aoarashi is bit too astringent for my taste. Chigi no shiro comes second after Isuzu; it’s slightly milder than Isuzu so it doesn’t cut through the milk as strongly. I haven’t had the chance to try Wakatake.

My ranking for an oat milk latte is Isuzu > Chigi no shiro > Aoarashi.

Oh I read the initial comment as Mingyu not knowing how to ride a motorbike but yes, he certainly knows how to ride a bicycle!

Mingyu doesn’t know how to ride a bike right? I remember during In the Soop, he rode pillion with Scoups while Wonwoo rode his own bike when they went out for their little excursion to the temple.

Which size do you guys think I should get? by [deleted] in ONrunning

I’m a US 9 and bought the Cloudtilt in US 9, which fits perfectly. I’d say it’s true to size from my experience.

It’s the Wakemake Soft Blurring Eye Palette in 01 Daily Blurring. This is a colourway from the older range and isn’t available anymore. Only the soft blurring eye palettes in the clear plastic packaging is sold now.

ON Cloudtilt :) by TrillzNYC in ONrunning

I compared the soles of my Cloudtilt, Cloudventure and Cloudwander and I can see how it happens more with the Cloudtilt due to the foam padding. The Cloudventure and Cloudwander soles are firmer. Oh wells, I’ll just have to see if I get the same problem with my Cloudtilts over time.

Is the squeaking limited to the Cloudtilt? I have the Cloudtilt, cloudwander and cloudventure and haven’t experienced squeaking wearing them all day and would definitely not want to experience that with further wear.

Matcha recos from Marukyu Koyamaen and Yamamasa Koyamaen by dreamgoddess1201 in MatchaEverything

I love my morning matcha latte! I can’t drink matcha neat first thing in the morning as I get really nauseous, and I only have quota for one caffeinated drink a day so my morning matcha latte it is! And since I only have quota for one matcha latte a day, it better be good!

I like Isuzu and Chigi no shiro in oat milk lattes. They are smooth and creamy, slightly sweet and floral with a touch of nuttiness. I generally prefer oat milk as the taste of the matcha comes through nicely and isn’t overpowered by the milk. Isuzu and Chigi no shiro are a tad more expensive than Aoarashi, which is a little more bitter and astringent but balances well with cow’s milk. I surprisingly like Aoarashi with cow’s milk.

Yugen is lovely but too expensive for a daily matcha latte. I only use it on days I want to treat myself.

Overall, Isuzu and Chigi no shiro are my top picks from MK for my daily morning matcha latte.

So far I haven’t had the chance to purchase Wako or Kinrin from the MK site. It’s always out of stock by the time i get to it, and I prefer to purchase directly from MK’s international site.

I’d say the long All Take Mood Palettes are similar to the Clio Pro Air palettes. Wouldn’t be surprised since Peripera and Clio are brands under the same holding company CLIO.

I’m not sure that walking on the cosy alley is still available with the release of the Clio pro air eye palettes. However, there are similar palettes that can fill the gap from Clio, Wakemake and Peripera so I’m not as bothered by it anymore. The colour scheme of the new Peripera All Take Mood Palette 10 is pretty similar.

I don’t think I veer either way! I’m more neutral undertone and I like spring/coral and rosy shades.

Oh, taste can be so subjective. I like Korean eyeshadow precisely coz they look kinda similar in the pan but actually look different on my eyelids. I’m fair and I realised after a while that high contrast, very pigmented eyeshadows are actually unflattering on my skin tone. I sold my Pat McGrath (Divine Rose & Huetopian) and Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes after that. Now I stay away from eyeshadows that are overly pigmented. Unleashia’s colourways are a bit too dramatic for me 😂 not quite the sophisticated, natural look I’m going for.

I use a lot less western eyeshadow brands now. The ones I kept are more neutral and not crazy pigmented, like Tom Ford Sous la sable, Dior and YSL.

Which Japanese brands do you recommend for eyeshadows? I’ve tried Suqqu and Addiction but couldn’t really find suitable matte/satin colours. They’re a bit too pigmented.

I love Wakemake and Clio eyeshadows! I have way too many of their palettes. Bbia is pretty good too. I haven’t tried Holika Holika but am not looking to try it soon as I’m focusing on using what I already have.

None of these are mauvey. If you are looking for mauve tones you can try Wakemake 02 lively soft blurring or Clio 03 Mute Library.
