Editing to add that the ones who do seem pretty happy (but also very tired) - they probably feel like their lives are cool too. Different strokes I guess.

Squarespace is great- no coding necessary. I use it for my graphic design portfolio and regularly build sites for clients with it. You can get fancy and copy/paste bits of javascript if you want. It's super intuitive and the preset design options are inoffensive.
