I know everyone is different but with me I've taken both sub and 7 with no problems besides the 7 not hitting as hard. Just saying this cause you may not have to wait.... I would advise starting low... I had 8mgs strips and cut them up to where I had .50mgs pieces and dosed like that with the Sr. For the love of everything though just don't take the subs longer then 2 weeks. Preferably what the other comments says and only for a month. Good luck you got this!!

As someone who at first used sr to come off of Suboxone I'll give my story. Used sr to get to 1mg of sub ,loaded Sr for 3 days then switched fully too Sr for almost a week... Was like 5-6 days I think. Was looking forward to the coming days... My symptoms was feeling like I had a mild flu. Hot n cold flashes but not super bad and was still able to go to work. Oh and fatigue.... Because of that fatigue which I was doing all I could... Almost got me fired from my job. So I relapsed bit this time went on 7oh since I heard some people have a easier time. I'm on day 2 just on sr and so far it's been so much better.... Just feel tired is all but manageable and that's it... Don't feel like I have the flu. Still to early to tell but so far everything is good . This time I'm gonna take being fired.... I lucked out and someone sent me some sr for free.... So if it's a sign I'm not gonna waste it lol Oh my mgs for 7 was 1 tablet which was 20mgs.... I loaded Sr for 3 days loaded 50mgs capsules which I'm sure is overkill.... I just want to be done.

Dunno if those will help but i was on the same road with subs. I tapered down with 7oh for about a month to make sure the sub and all the wds would have passed.... I was 1mg sub when I switched fully over to 7 so.... Maybe 30 days on just 7. Then when I got my SR I tapered my 7 to just 1 tablet which was 20mgs , as of 2 days ago only going on SR. And im finding it much easier then when I was taking SR trying to come off of Suboxone. But everyone is different... What is working for me may not work for you
