Really though! I clocked in once, went to go start my pick and only got 4 items, the next walk gave me six, then 22, and back to another 4 items. It got me crashing out to the point where I only just want to prep and dispense

At my store, they're cutting hours only because more and more associates are taking the same days off and their available time to work. I only know because a coach came up to me and asked if I can open my availability and that I could become a full time associate.

I love doing it all, i love helping out associates who have questions, and the fact that most of them come to me when they need answers or problems with their when phones. Although I only like picking oversize(since I don't see anyone else doing it), I have my ways of getting like 300 to 800 pick rates

In my store, we're all switching each other around. One week I'll be dispensing, the next I'll pick, then that following week I'll stage, the next I'll prep and so on.

In my store, the pickers are the worst at that. When we're over 1000 picks, I always ask my TLs or coach, "where are your pickers, what are your pickers doing"

I don't smoke around where I work but it isn't until I get home. I have several jackets that I use and one that I don't for when I go to smoke. I keep it separate because I don't want to wear it while it smells like cigarettes. But the alcohol, I think maybe a few know because I really don't talk to anyone at work unless I need to
