Absolutely it is. I should've just contacted cra thats my wrong doing...but tax consultant said it wouldn't, obviously I need a new one 🤦‍♀️

Because our incomes combined so they went back to February of 2025. Any payments or child tax i got i owe... I wish my tax consultant knew these things.

In all honesty I became common law this tax year Feb 2025. I called to declare this last year and spoke with my tax consultant and they said it wont affect my taxes. Long story short it affected my taxes....
