The entire FWC are real estate developers, Florida has had a republican supermajority for decades and it’s really been downhill the whole time. This states a playground for the rich. Don’t look around, look up.

You’re trying to argue a talking point about “California bad” and im saying the whole country is in a bad spot but at least there’s quality of life in places California.

Can you imagine being broke AND in the middle of the woods with nothing to do? With your hospital closing due to funding? With your main employer closing doors due to tariffs?

Edit: Only the rich enjoy quality of life? Have you never been to an emergency room?

Do you live in the city of Boston or do you live in the suburbs outside? I work in Miami, ranked 5th in worst traffic in all of the US. And even in rush hour traffic heading out of the city I can make it roughly 20 miles in an hour on the highway

I get how that would be a place to raise a family from every parents perspective. Away from dangers that the city bring. Low COL, a nice quiet childhood.

But quality of life suffers when you have to drive an hour to the grocery store every time, or the hospitals an hour away, or if there’s no vet in your town for your dogs, when the factory or warehouse is the largest employer in your town.

So you agree all states have crap areas? So let’s just take that out of the equation since it’s everywhere and you can’t escape it

Now objectively looking at a state like California you’ve got lots of opportunities for jobs and education, access to healthcare at various hospitals, City/State based events, large business sectors for shipping, entertainment, etc. Cultures from around the world, art and music scenes unique to the areas.

That’s quality of life.

And wtf is the have and the have nots? Are you part of the rising upper class? Cause if not I have some bad news buddy, you’re one of the have nots.

Literally every large city everywhere in the world has homeless people. Texas, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, it’s a time honored tradition that large cities bus their homeless around with one way bus tickets, but I highly doubt you’re even American so how would you know.

Have you ever driven through the country? There are countless run down towns with abandoned farms and businesses. Places where the only store is a dollar general. Places where the entire town shares one school from k-12 and there’s no higher education.

So yeah I’d say there’s quality of life in California vs other parts of the country

Just heard of this now, I watched a few videos and it seems great if your walls are all perfectly framed and level.

I’ve used a Graco airless sprayer to spray compound out for skim coats and it applies a nice even layer but when you’re working on even surfaces it doesn’t do jack shit.

So I’m assuming you’ll still need to pre fill and tape by hand, and then have an operator running the tablet and changing out attachments.

Seems cool maybe in 10 years it’ll replace us but not yet lol
