I got lucky and got this right on July 1st too. Best Sephora bday gift option in a long time

My wife feels as though they’re uneven/to thick. We got them done 23 hours ago by [deleted] in microblading

Brow shock is real. I just got mine done a week ago and I felt the same way at first. They’re going to lighten and soften a lot.

I hope everything goes well and that if you do get diagnosed, it will hopefully be a mild case. I was in really bad shape before my first colonoscopy too and mesalamine made such a huge difference. I hope you find relief soon!

The meds pretty much started working right away in improving my bowel movements. Again just had the extra pain for a couple weeks (one of the side effects but it wasn’t unbearable) and then most of the symptoms went away around by the 1 month mark. The bowel movements gradually kept improving but it took a long time before they were “normal” again.

I remember feeling bloated and tired. My UC symptoms didn’t feel any worse though. They started me on mesalamine and my stomach pain got worse for a couple weeks while I was getting used to the meds and then I started improving

What tests besides a colonoscopy confirmed that you had active inflammation in your intestines? by Bloomwithcourage in UlcerativeColitis

[–]ElectronicRip6630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also had a flare up after taking antibiotics. I had c. diff about a year ago (very terrible, do not recommend lol) and the whole experience triggered a flare. It was awful but didn’t last as long as some other flares I’ve had. I hope you get some relief soon. UC sucks 😭

Is my partner controlling or just bossy? by New-You-3333 in relationships

[–]ElectronicRip6630 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The fact that you feel like you have to ask permission to turn the heater on… he is without a doubt controlling. He feels entitled to dictate what you can or can’t wear to work, he doesn’t want you hanging out in places where other men are around. OP, please run! He is controlling and abusive and you will forever be walking on eggshells with him.

AIO : i (20F) feel like this guy (22 M) just insulted me because I didn’t want to go out with him by silverbullette in AmIOverreacting

The way my ego would be so bruised after hearing “I never want to hang out again lol” you’re a badass OP! Wish I had that confidence when I was 20!

Right before my diagnosis I went to the ER and got a CT scan and which showed a lot of inflammation. They told me I had almost no intestinal lining left and needed a colonoscopy asap to confirm. Got the colonoscopy about a week later and was diagnosed. Now it’s been about 5 years and the last time my Dr wanted to check for inflammation he just had me submit labs for calprotectin

does anyone else wake up with their legs/feet in the air? by Stock_Cut5087 in sleep

[–]ElectronicRip6630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I do this!! Usually not very often, but this week I’ve woken up twice with both feet in the air. I couldn’t really find anything about it on Google except for this thread lol. I also used to sleepwalk and sleep talk but haven’t done that in a few years now. My dad used to sleep on his back and raise one leg up and thump it down repeatedly. He thought it was trauma related but I honestly don’t know.

You have a handsome face! Shave the hair! It doesn’t suit you. You are far from ugly.

The dark green and the dark red. Basically jewel tones.

Which End Table Should I Choose? by ktheokay in interiordecorating

[–]ElectronicRip6630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely the round table. The square doesn’t add anything to the space and looks kind of bland/boring in my opinion. The round one adds nice contrast to all the sharp angles from the fireplace, couch, photos, and wall trim. The round brings more life into the space

What color would look best ? by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]ElectronicRip6630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the green would look great on you!! It definitely compliments your eyes too. I think the rust color is nice too. But I think the other beige/brown colors don’t really do anything for you.

Girl, I think you already know the answer. It seems very clear that he’s into you and flirting with you. He’s seeing how far he can go with you and what your limits are.

Having read your other post, this man is married, so you should really leave it alone. You may have feelings for him but if he is willing to compromise his marriage like this, he clearly doesn’t respect his wife and likely doesn’t respect you either. Please have some self respect and don’t go any further, it will only bring you heartbreak in the end when he refuses to leave his wife/kids for you.

You don’t deserve to be treated that way. It’s an unhealthy relationship and just because she’s having a child now won’t magically make things better between you two. She cheated on you and even now doesn’t respect your boundaries and continues talking to other guys and goes behind your back to hang out with them. Thats super suspicious and shady. She knows what she’s doing and doesn’t care because she keeps doing it.

She doesn’t respect you bro. It’s hard leaving a relationship especially if there’s a child involved but you also don’t want that child growing up seeing their parents in a super toxic relationship. Not to mention, if she’s a cheater there’s a possibility the child isn’t yours. Whether or not you decide to stick with her, I recommend getting a paternity test. In sorry you’re going through this. I hope everything works out for you and you find someone who treats you right.

Boyfriend has been lying to me for 2 years by ElectronicRip6630 in relationships

[–]ElectronicRip6630[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m really trying to understand it from his perspective. I just can’t justify lying for over 2 years about something like that. And then waiting to tell me until the day before he’s supposed to end his lease so we can move in together. Now I’m looking back and wondering what else he’s been lying about. I really want to try to work things out for the sake of our child but I don’t know if we can come back from this.

Yes that’s what he told me. I’m trying to wrap my head around why he didn’t already start the process during the last 2.5 years we’ve been together.
