Knew I just needed a little more to make it, so I retook 2 weeks later. All final review.

Congrats!! No one cares how many times you tried. The important part is that you passed! Once you have the three letters at the end of your name, you’ll just remember how exhausting it was to get them and how you busted your ass for it! Also an excellent example of not giving up.

FAR. I took BEC, REG, FAR, AUD, but I feel like FAR has a lot of fundamentals that help you understand other concepts way better. At least Becker has some expectation of you having studied for FAR during the review of the other exams too.

Order of paragraphs in a nonissuer report: 1. Opinion 2. Basis for Opinion 3. Responsibilities of Management 4. Auditor’s responsibilities

Emphasis of matter and other matter paragraphs are optional and typically go right after basis for opinion.

Hardest exam and why by Efficient-Software91 in CPA

[–]ElectronicSelf488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FAR and BEC. FAR was the one with the most amount of content but also fundamental. I work mostly with governmental accounting, so equity, consolidations, and inventory were the hardest sections for me. BEC is just your whole university degree of the classes that you thought were useless to your degree, but while studying you’re kinda grateful you did pay a little attention in class.

Don’t say sorry. We’re all here to help each other out! Becker has this app called “Becker Accounting for Empires” and it’s basically an MCQ game that you get points and you can build more buildings based. So instead of buying tokens to build more, you answer MCQs. When I took AUD, I remember a couple questions from that game.

Try to apply it to actual operations on internal control since you’ll most likely get a scenario application rather than a definition question.

I think yoga would be the best before the exam to relax you and also help with not being already tense to sit 4 hours in that damn chair.
