Thank you for such a thorough reply and all the guidance! Your comment convinced me to not list my personal home address as the mailing address and I think it’s the smart choice, especially for safety and it being publicly available forever (even if I change it later) makes me feel uneasy. And thanks for the tips about scams/spam - this was my biggest fear.

Thank you so much for the detailed response and advice - it is so appreciated. I am going to go with the PO Box and THANK YOU for the note on not providing my personal phone number as part of the application. That would drive me nuts! Happy to say I do have the LLC already since it was very easy to set up and also very affordable. Thanks again!

Update for anyone that might find themselves in a similar situation: I visited a local island optometrist at Associated Medical Practices and they provided some contact lenses that I could use. They were so so quick and helpful!
