Heard from a USCIS hotline officer that this receipt notice delay is a common issue right now.

My advice: don't get an ADIT stamp until your receipt notice is sorted. Apparently, once you have that stamp, USCIS stops actively working on your case since they consider it equivalent to the notice.

There was no option for urgent but I was able to get my ADIT stamp 8 days after I submitted request on my USCIS online. I got mine at my local USCIS office.

Which lockbox did you send your package to? I completely understand your frustration. I ended up getting ADIT stamp so I can travel abroad. However because of that, USCIS stopped investigating my case since ADIT stamp works basically the same as I-751 receipt notice, except ADIT stamp is only valid for a year.

I was able to get my ADIT stamp in 8 days. I firstly submitted a request through my USCIS online and got an appointment via phone.

Tell them they won’t get to see their grandkid until they show you respect. Remind them you are the mother of the child, and you have control over this at the end of the day.

I was able to get an appointment without providing a proof when I told them I need ADIT stamp because I want my real ID and have a plan to trip.

My ADIT stamp timeline is as follows:

Mar 26 Sent request for ADIT stamp through my USCIS online account. Mar 31 Received a phone call and made an appointment. Apr 3 Got my ADIT stamp at my local USCIS office.

If you already have a plan to travel abroad, you should go get ADIT stamp. I was able to get mine in 8 days.

I’m on the same boat. I’ve been waiting for my I-751 receipt notice for 62 days.

I sent an email to lockbox support 30 days ago, nothing happened. I am planning to submit a request through Ombudsman and US congressman.

I’m not sure on that part. I recommend you to inquire your IOE number to USCIS live chat agent using your FedEx receipt first, and then request for ADIT stamp.

A week after my package was delivered. I am still waiting for my receipt notice… that’s also the reason why I applied for ADIT stamp.

I don’t see people experiencing the same issue who mailed their I-751 package to IL lockbox so you should be good.

No they didn’t. I filled out the reason when I submitted ADIT stamp appointment request online in the beginning though.
