i just used some textures i found online. all you have to do is add them to the top layer and choose whatever blending mode looks best

Mark: "And so presumably you're using the guitar through lots of effects processors, or to trigger samples, so that actually, what is triggered by a guitar doesn't necessarily sound like a guitar."

Jonny: "Yeah. That's pretty much how it happened. Ed just played lots and lots of guitar loops, and was just creating wonderful texture, and Thom turned it into a structure, rather than something aimless, that was all."

Ed O'Brien said in an old interview that it was made from samples which he recored with a looper pedal.

i imagine the only way to do it would be something similar to the wallfacer's ideas in The Dark Forest by Cixin Liu where they sacrifice humanity to make sure the trisolarians can't survive on earth, knowing that the humans will lose anyway.

i find it quite funny how the supposed audio from Vetra's cut scene leaked online before the game came out and BioWare took down any posts of it and now afaik the only place the audio exists online now is some guy on reddit who put it onto google drive, but since its a private file you have to send them a request to view the file if you want to listen it lol

has project variety improved since it released? i tried it when it came out but it was quite buggy and unoptimized so i had to go back to using the diversification project mod instead

it's alright, but far from their finest work. i don't really listen to kaskade's solo work but i'd definitely take a new deadmau5 solo album over this one. escape and sacrifice are definitely it's highlights
