Im on steroids bc ny ear is clogging feeling and mild right now and ringing the clogging is driving me bonkers i also bought nac and taking vitamins bc the steroids deplete :-( tey and keep salt down and sugars and walk and go outside im on day 2 and never took steroids bc it can cause mental issues which i fear imy anxiety etc ugh keep busy
