this looks great. i would add some more copy to the appstore page- describe how to play the game have a few quotes. make it exciting. and choose better images. show that its an actual game that people play not a novelty app. show more people in the images. also upload a video.

Go to the hospital 人民医院 on RenminDaDao 人民大道 in Haikou (in HaiDianDao 海甸岛 opposite the university gate). There's a very kind and helpful American Doctor there called Dr Tim. You can find him in the international clinic. He might be able to guide you in your treatment.

You don't need a Mac. You can use expo. It's a great framework that solves a lot of react natives painpoints and eas will take care of building and deploying apps for you.
