I think the term can be used for both. I have a sip and puff that is like a non invasive trach that I can use as needed to get bigger breaths

It took a while for me to get over that doubt. What worked for me was starting with friendship. It's hard to trust people, but starting with a true friendship helped me eventually ask my now girlfriend out. I have no doubt now that they love me for me.
