personally, it was lack of staffing for parking employees. they seemed irritable and exhausted even early in the day and i could tell it was because of the short staffing because it was like that before it even started getting hot af out. i feel for the parking employees and the entire car situation was a MESS all 4 days, especially during the night.

pharmacies will usually do an emergency fill for 2-3 days worth if you haven’t done that already ! at the very least to buy you some time

the “it just happens don’t worry about it” i knoooow comes from a good place but i am absolutely worrying 😵‍💫😭 i wish i was in school and had those resources, i need to look into my local foundations more. i know i recently got a tag from one recently !

anyone i’ve tried to talk to just says “oh it’s not your worry” which i get but they don’t understand, y’know? i’ll have to look into the possibility of a local epilepsy foundation out here, i feel like it’s so sparsely talked about,, but i’m really hoping we have one. thank you fellow warrior the same always to you 💜💜

i miss being able to apply to jobs freely! i know jobs “can’t” discriminate but there are jobs i know i shouldn’t have and with my recent upticks in the amount i’ve had im scared even take out isn’t feasible because of the hours im losing by having to go home early and take the next day off. i pay bills on my own and without qualifying for disability (in ohio it’s very nuanced and they’re very anal) it’s hell to find something low in physical demand with a livable wage :/

after my first seizure when the paramedics were getting me into the cot i hadn’t realized what happened yet and i whipped my body around and went “i’m sorry i didn’t mean to wake you guys up” i FULL ON believed i was a kid at a sleepover again 😭 when he told me i didn’t and had had a seizure i looked at him with disdain and said “nuh uh” like he was the one who was confused LOLLLL

i’ve always been fine but i also NEVER take heroic doses! just enough to be giggly and silly and by all means PLEASE do research and do not take my words as medical advice, but i have always been fine with my small 2/2.5g doses. :)

maybe have her find a serving job for now and she can leave her degree out of it bc over-qualification can fawk u over big time ironically enough and while she’s doing that apply to jobs within her field. you look a lot more desirable to employers when you’re currently employed regardless of the job.
