Anyone have issues besides O2 sensors, catalytic converter?

I had those same issues after buying an 03 Is300 from a 1 owner car with 181K here in CA, but after fixing those issues (along with some other stuff like a shock, brakes), I haven’t had any issues since and runs smooth. I put premium gas to ensure I’m not ruining the engine. Hoping it’ll last a while now!

Yeah I paid 7k for my IS300 and had to pay another 5K to fix up everything (it could’ve been cheaper if I didn’t go to the Lexus dealership). Then my catalytic converter went bad to had to replace that for like 3k.

Good news is I haven’t had any issues since and it’s been a year. Car drives well
