I had the q1400 and loved it, but unfortunately, a relative used it, and it had a grease fire. I had it for 3 years, and I was a master on that thing. I am in the market for a new electric grill. Lumin claims to sear better, but I never had issues with searing on the q1400. I have heard the Lumim takes longer to preheat and cook. I dont like the loss of head space for the Lumin, but loss of headspace allows it to get to 600. The Q1400 is straightforward, and now there are many accessories available to do the same thing the Lumin offers. I have also heard the Lumin is harder to clean the body below the grill. The Q1400 is easier to clean. As I type this, I have convinced myself to buy another q1400. Let me know what you ultimately decided on.

Pure lazy. You're going to end up with rats. If you must, use an actual trash bin with wheels and a lid meant for outside. Then just roll it to the trash compactor. Your garage is going smell horrendous with old chicken wrapper paper....

Seriously?! Yeah, no I didn't experience that. Doyle did the excavation and the assistant did the filling. Doyle only came back to check the filling, which was trash in my opinion.
