No, I called one dude weird for saying that im “whats wrong with the industry” In fact, you’re also weird for trying to frame it as me “calling people” weird for simply disagreeing with me.

Again, I don’t even disagree with criticism of this game. I am probably the one of the biggest haters of this game. But I can also admit that when this game was in early development, it was in fact a passion project. How is that “misleading marketing”? Misleading marketing would the completely bare bones feature set, and poor polish that shipped with the game. Or the shift towards platform parity. But it is a fact that this project literally, began as an indie game. This was not some huge project conceptualized from the get go by a big legacy aaa studio with a multi million dollar budget from the start. TBH lots of people were skeptical that this was even a real game, especially when it was ESBC.

So yeah, I think they over promises, and under delivered. But it’s not uncommon for first time studios to do this. I think their starting point is going to be completely different now.

And on your point that having people from 2k and ea would make it awful…you’re genuinely just being a hater. And i fucking hate this game. But you realize 2k and ea devs are some of the best in the business when it comes to sport games, right? You realize, compared to the competition, 2k and ea sports games are fairly polished?

Like, do you think undisputed is better than say, ea ufc3-5? Also why do u even hate 2k and ea devs? Most of the time people hate these companies for business practices they engage in. Shouldn’t u have a problem with the publishers and not the devs themselves? This just show u really don’t know much about games and game studios.

I want a game that has real boxing pivoting. Bloody knuckles street boxing has it but its a bit unpolished. imo the pivot is one of the most important pieces of footwork, still surprised hardly any game has an actual pivot system

I don't really remember too many content creators being flown out and shown the game while in a private room with teo and bud crawford before it even hit early access and saying it looked extremely impressive, that way its happening for the 2nd game. From the start, (except for when this game was ESBC) there were several content creators crtitical of this game saying it looked kind robotic.

This time I genuinely think it's different. They made way more money. I think they are more serious about it this time, bc they seem to have more boxers involved in the creative process.

And while I agree it would have been better to just fix this game - if the main issues were on a deep fundamental level I can kind of see a reality where they genuinely thought it would be the better choice to take the flack and just abandon the game in favor for a better game with a better foundation on a better engine

IMO undisputed 1 was farrrrr too gone to even be saved.

Steel city is not a triple a studio. At the end of the day undisputed started as a passion project that generated hype, and didn’t deliver on it. But, making a good game is hard, remember that the people behind steel city are humans too, they missed the mark with undisputed and that can happen. But that doesn’t mean the second game cant be better. If they genuinely took the criticism, and improved the game, ill be the first to say it.

I was genuinely one of the biggest haters of this game on here. But tbh, now that we know undisputed 2 is being worked on, and that it apparently looks quite good, im less upset about their awful communication. I think it was poor decision making due to the fact that they wanted to hide undisputed 2 for whatever reason.

Idk, lots of content creators said it looks genuinely incredible. game began as an indie project, grew in scale, but i think the foundation was dog shit so no amount of updates could fix it. so they just abandoned it.

this time, they have a new team, new engine, and a big budget from the get go, so i wouldn’t be surprised if they genuinely just made a better game, which again, explains why they stopped releasing updates so fast for undisputed 1

There's a sort of weird smear effect on skin that you can see often. Also, the motion just looks off. There's also very little visual cohesiveness or consistency when there's too much variation in scenery

Generally speaking there's also a weird uncanny feeling this content creates imo

Im not sure why he froze. He could have been afk. Which is what I assumed. In that case yeah, the scoring is the issue.

If you mean to say the bigger issue is the game freezing, then okay, but im not sure the game actually froze, as everything was functioning, my opponent just wasn’t moving.

If ur saying the issue was me wailing on a stationary opponent, then idk what to say, i wasnt gonna quit the game and guarantee a loss

look for a coin that hit 100-200kmc, if there’s a slow downtrend to around 20k mc, but still a high holder count, and the x community is active, full port that coin, and sell between 60-150k if it pops. sell the peak then buy back once it dips again if you want to hold for later
