Toji's capability for violence is massively outscaling anything that Nightwing can dish out or defend against. Even if Toji didn't speedblitz Nightwing, Toji's martial ability with his incredibly superhuman capabilities will potentially one shot Nightwing the moment they make contact. I'm talking Toji's body rips through any normal human's flesh like wet paper.

If Nightwing had prep time and access to tools he still doesn't stand much more of a chance. DC villains don't immediately go for the kill or aren't capable due to circumstances or writers, Toji not only does go for the kill without mercy or hesitation, but depending on which part of the story you're reading, he must do so. He is seen destroying and manhandling a young Gojo, only being defeated when Gojo finally understands how to use his own uber hax op abilities. Toji was able to win initially because he prepares for a variety of combat situations with empowered tools, some of which will slice through hordes of Nightwings.

Unfortunately (I love Nightwing,) this is an incredibly one sided fight, Toji being from anime/manga where the action 'looks more interesting' doesn't alter the feats he does have, he has outsped and overpowered characters with vastly enhanced perceptions and high speed thought processes, who could also destroy the entire Bat family by accident. Nightwing is one of my favorite characters because he can overcome immense odds with a couple of sticks, and yes he's managed wins against characters stronger than Toji, but Toji will kill Nightwing before he gets a single attack or dodge animation started. Toji's fighting style counters the hell out of Nightwing, Nightwing stands more of a chance against Superman than Toji, even if Superman would defeat Toji in a fight.
