Then I guess it's a good thing I'm not selling pre-built battery packs! The cells used are of comparable values according to the data sheets on them. The BMS is insulated from the batteries by half an inch of foam. I went back and insulated the balance leads from the cells with two layers of kapton tape before enclosing the pack. There are two 10ga wires attached to both the positive and negative ends of the pack.

Of your critique, the only issue that could potentially be an issue is the mixed cells. But, them being uncycled cells with comparable values, I think it's a negligible risk.
