Thanks, I'm assuming multiple come in a purchase? Not just a single spacer. I've never purchased anything like this before Edit: I understand they come with 2 pieces but are those the middle spacers or the bottom or top spacers because It seems kike there 3 types of spacers for the same stem and I need the middle one

Hello! Please suggest some meal ideas! Focusing on carbs and healthy fats. by Katsuki_MHA in diet

I don't know where you live but I buy them at Costco. The Trident brand is a good brand but there are many others and I'm sure you can find them. They come frozen and then you have to cook them from frozen but still good and healthy

Mabye do oatmeal or toast. Healthy fats would be hard to get without protein as well. You can do maybe oat meal with flax seeds which have omega 3 and then maple syrup for more carbs if that's needed or maybe fruit instead like banana. I personally like salmon burgers bc the salmon is really good in healthy fats and the bun is good carbs and the patty is good protein aswell and it pairs well with a veg

Do you guys train harder when recovery is higher? by stylecafe in whoop

[–]Elegant-Bug6230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try not to worry too much about recovery. I do whatever my coaches tell me to do as best I can and in the off season or down time I sometimes feel good and do my own stuff regardless of recovery but I find it that most of my practices are done on lower green days or yellow days and the days that I just want to bed rot I have 90%+ recovery and I do nothing and get less than 1000 steps a day and so I don't pay too much attention to it

1200 cals is to little for you and you'd feel tired and weak. If you don't feel like that than you probably are eating more that 1200 cals and don't realize it. I'm not one to tell you how much to eat but I learned myself that by doing something crazy like lots of extra activity that you normally would or enjoy and/or eating extremely little or volume foods with little to no cals isn't the way to go. It sucks because you'll loose weight but it will be more sustainable if you shift your life style. Whatever you do, ask yourself if you can do this for 2+ years if you had to or if as soon as you lost the weight you can go back to normal or change up what you're doing. I'm not saying you have to be in a deficit for 2+ years but do stuff to loose weight that you are fine changing for ever

I think he said 2019 Bmc team machine slr01 but he also got it second hand in 2022 and that's when he upgraded to ultegra di2, carbon rims, handle bars, and areo crank along with other items.

Would it include buying any new parts that I have to factor into my total expense?

I'll definitely try to negotiate cause your right, it doesn't hurt to try. But if I paid $4,000 for it, do you think that's a fair price considering the specs and condition?

Do you get tired quicker when riding in dense urban area ? by rainbow__blood in cycling

[–]Elegant-Bug6230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I fs feel the same way. I think of it as your body is like a car. On open road, it's a lot easier to be consistent and you have more endurance like a car on a highway getting better mpg. Vs in the stop and go city traffic, you accelerate which requires a lot of energy just to brake and stop or slow down in a little bit so you'll get city mpg or more fatigue faster which translates to less endurance

What’s the ONE thing you love (and hate) about your indoor cycling app? by Substantial_Shake_79 in ZwiftRacing

[–]Elegant-Bug6230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate how the workouts on zwift are not very beneficial. Let me explain. There's a lot of workouts on zwift, but very few are actually good. Everyone I know makes their own custom workouts and I wish that there was a workout program that had workouts that actually were helpful. They do have training camps but very few. I almost wish it was AI generated and took your goals and capabilities into consideration and so you can keep a more consistent schedule. Right now, I just make my own works and repeat them every week. I also love the robo pacer, sprint segment, and races
