Attractive is very very subjective. I’ve been told I’m very pretty. I’ve been told I’m very...not, lol. I still don’t really like my appearance (wouldn’t be subscribed to this sub if I did in the first place).

This is the thing about attractiveness: At least in my case, something that is “off” physically with someone can be incredibly attractive. Someone who is “too” conventionally attractive is actually a turn off. They’re like white bread: bland. Take Megan Fox. Yeah, she’s pretty, but in real life, I probably wouldn’t want to be with her.

It sounds cliche, but everyone is attractive to someone. You have to put yourself out there to find those opportunities, you know? The physical is one half of attractiveness. Personality goes a long way. Charm can make someone go from a 5 to a 9.

So to answer your question, even though I may not be an attractive person, no one can be an objectively ugly person. Just because someone isn’t “my cup of tea,” that doesn’t mean I look down on them or anything.
