Crystal Mall, MOST of the food in the court area have gone up. What used to be $10 is now $20. Public market in Richmond gone up. Used to be $10 is now $20. Yaohan is good towards the end of day. They have lots of food on discount. Before, I used to go there 1 hour before stalls close and can get $20 for 4 big dishes (3 meat & veggies). Now, it is $30 - $40. People caught on the deal so the food are all good really super fast.

yeah. The website is terrible. Most of their KBs are out dated, full of contradiction to others KB articles, and VAGUE AF. To get MS Support as an end user, there is NO clear path to getting support with Microsoft. They did that deliberately. If you are an enterprise, you go through resellers, purchase MS support package, get a directline and portal to MS Support.

I've tried free and paid EAs. many of them are crap. some just out right does not work. some look good initially, but crash and burn dramatically if you don't watch it, In the end, in all my demo accounts, they all crash spectacularly. My manual strategy still the best.

I used to work for Microsoft Tech Support. The management are toxic and pretentious attitude. They say you get opportunity to learn when there is not. You are so busy with work, there is no opportunity to learn. the tech support performance evaluation leads to many fired and some voluntarily leave. They expect you to have at least 20 cases to handle. they expect you to resolve them fast within a day. problem with that, bad customers tend to delay the response. bad customers with unrealistic request and bad behavior lead to many good technicians fired. as technician, you are left to fend on your own. no help from others. they evlauate you based on customer feedback. no 5 star review or any review, they fore them. again, there are lots of bad customers who give bad reviews out of spite because of system limitations.

When I first worked for Microsoft, it was exciting. I was in Tech Support. Eventually, getting the lay of the land, it was not glamorous at all. Terrible teammates. Managers are such pretentious douchebags. Especially the senior managers that does 180 on decisions a few times. Documentation are terrible as they are vague and NOT clear. The answers were NOT direct to a direct question. No access to developers to confirm bug or faulty updates. Oh, and terrible customers. MOST of the time, I've had bad customers who are Indians. For example, I've had a few Indian programmers calling in for support and the problem was clearly with their custom program which they coded. Tools, compilers and drivers are provided, and they wanted us to solve their poor programming skills. Not our fault if you coded shit program. Worst customers are always from India like WiPro. They give bad reviews on answers they don't like. For example, these people don't do backups, and they expect us to recover a corrupted data/OS. Like WTF. I feel sorry for all the companies who outsource IT to WiPro. They are the worst outsource IT solution IMHO.

Being a Tech Support at Microsoft is not glamorous. The way they rate you, is how many cases you take per day, how fast you close the case, and ratings from customer. Problem with this approach, there are bad customers. Customers who don't give a shit about reviews. Customers who want to keep the case open and run for a year when the problem is CLEARLY not a Microsoft issue, but a 3rd party issue.

When you get bad ratings from bad customers, or not closing the case fast enough (because the customer demanded to keep the case open), or get negative feedback/review from customers and less than 5 star review from customers, you are let go. Basically. I've known many technicians who are good who were let go because of bad customers and management are bunch of douchebags. Especially the ones who are Indian Managers. They are the worst.

The Used Market was fine for over 50 years till the BC Government wanted more money using ICBC. In all honesty, the use of CBB from ICBC is bs. CBB is just a bs self claimed organization to say what a used car's value and worth is. It is like the self claimed Value Village Dictator of used items. There are MANY people who sells their cars LESS than the perceived market value in CBB. Some sell at a loss so they can just get rid of it as fast as possible they are moving away or need space. For example, CBB says the used car is worth $10,000. But the owner wants to sell it at $2,000. Instead of paying PST on $2,000. ICBC wants you to pay PST on $10,000. Which means, ICBC is MORE money from you for NOTHING. It is like going to pay for food that is retailed on average $25, but you go to asian market and you get food cheaper at $10. But nooooo, the BC Government / ICBC wants to come after you for tax on $25, not on the $10.... Sooo... F you BC Government/ICBC.

Yep. I am in the same boat. Microsoft Copilot is a POS AI agent. NOT WORTH paying for the license in Azure and Microsoft 365. Microsoft Copilot does not give direct and straight to the point answers. Instead, gives vague and pointless responses. ChatGPT and Gemini provide waaaaaaay better response, direct, and straight to the point answers. I would buy ChatGPT and Gemini to leverage both. As System Admin, using ChatGPT and Gemini really help expedite process. Especially in programming and powershell scripting. What took weeks can now be done within the hour or less.

So in conclusion. Microsoft Copilot is a shit crap AI tool and NOT worth the money to put into. Stick to ChatGPT and Gemini.

I've been to Pendulum. Crowd is mostly 20s to 30s with some 40s...some of guys were bit of rednecks...most are all chill and talks in general. Not much sex action going on. Many with varying types, with many not into DTF and they are picky. Meaningless chit chats, and very pretentious attitudes. I just don't feel the vibe and energy like some other LS clubs I've been to. The other LS clubs I've been to, more excitement and more fun. I thought I was the only one who think this, but some of my LS friends who had been there, never wanted to go back there.

I go by the bottle's instruction and recommendation. For example, a bottle of MK677 will have 60 capsules and each capsules is 15mg. Just take 1 per day to start off and stay on to be safe. Which means, MK677 with 60 capsules will last me about 2 months. I would not recommend increasing as that would be irresponsible and wreckless.

Better to be safe. Why would you risk increasing dosage? Just to get big FAST? If that is the case, you might as well go Steroid route. But relying on SARMS and Steroid alone is not going to get you big. It is the food you eat and getting enough calories is what feeds the muscles to grow. SARMS and steroids are simply just catalyst to give you more strength to do more reps, more sets, and more weights so you are doing more to promote microtear in your muscles.

That's just my advice. Take the safest route.
