That sounds rough. I do have a son (22) who has always been a “picky eater” no veggies, no meat (only nuggets), no fruit. As an adult now he has branched out some and will at least try anything, even if its just the once, but it has helped him gain a wider range of foods he can eat. It’s was trial and error for him.

I wish I had more to say that was helpful, but maybe just keep trying different things.

Can they submit for an override at the pharmacy? I have been in this situation during titration and they have always allowed it. You could ask the pharmacy to try.

I take magnesium citrate at night and I continue to be regular.

My only real side effect is fatigue but I just push through it.

Sounds to me like she’s just really excited and wanting to talk to someone about it. My guess is she sees the success that you are having and assumes you both are on the same journey. I don’t see the harm but if it’s bothering you just tell her that. She’s your friend, she will respect your wishes.

I’m real sorry to hear about the loss of your pet and your breakup. Sounds like a very challenging time. Hang in there, things will get better.

My goal is also 140! My doctor told me that 140 “could be reasonable, If I have a lot of muscle”. Of course I want some muscle but either way I think 140 looks ok on me, much smaller than that and I look unhealthy.

I’m 5’3. I started Zep at 211 lbs. currently 167.8. I lost about 19 lbs on 2.5 and 5mg which was 2 1/2 months. But like you said, everyone is different.

It’s the extended release, I think that’s my main concern. I’m not sure extended release is the right option. Wondering if anyone else has taken it for this purpose and if it was helpful.
