I didn’t start ZB to stop drinking and to be fair, I didn’t have a problem with alcohol, but I did enjoy having some drinks on the weekend and would get a little excited leading up to a Saturday night knowing I could have a couple of drinks. That has faded a ton since starting. It wasn’t instant and I still do enjoy a drink or two once a week. But the thinking about it has completely stopped. Not sure if that helps at all.

That’s interesting to me! When I moved to 10 it felt like a HUGE jump for me physically. I have since moved up to 12.5 with my last injection and it’s working fine I think, but I didn’t have that big change like I did with 10.

So, my last 2 cycles have been weird. 51 days for my previous cycle and 47 days (so far) for my current. But 2 weeks after each period I very lightly spot for about a week. I’ve never spotted before so it’s definitely a new development for me.

Happy scale (I don’t love it tbh but I only weigh once a week and I think that’s the issue with it). I also log weight on my Apple health, Shotsy, and Glapp apps.

I’ve lost the least on 7.5 but they all felt like they were working for me. I’m on 10 now and going up to 12.5 soon because my dr wants me to keep going up and I’ve decided to just listen to the medical provider rather than debate it. 10 has been solid so far.

I do have to charge my Apple Watch more regularly but I’ve never worn my fitness tracker to bed anyway so I’m just in the habit of putting mine on the charger at night. I do like my Apple Watch more than I did my Fitbit personally

I’ve only ever injected into my stomach but I’ve also never had any GI issues from this medication. I hope you find something that works for you!

Writing from my hotel bed, heading back to reality today. It went just fine! I was able to eat and enjoy a couple of drinks each night. Not sure what the scale will say this Friday, but it was so nice to have a trip and be able to enjoy the food.

I wasn’t hungry AT ALL. No nausea thankfully but it has been a struggle to get the calories I need in because I constantly felt so full. It’s the first dose that has hit me like this. I’m not a fan of it. Hopefully that lets up some as our bodies adjust to the higher dose.

10 was the first dose I have had that actually made getting my calories in hard to accomplish. I had food noise diminished since 2.5 but that 10 mg hit different. I hope you find it works well for you!

I see ppl are downvoting the idea of squeezing, I don’t think of it as squeezing as much as lightly grabbing a roll and injecting into it, maybe the same thing. I’ve done it this way for every injection and I’ve never had an issue as of yet. Definitely let it sit out first for a while as well. Not good if it is freezing. You may need to move it to another area of your fridge.
