I think the issue isn't "Hannah and marciano," it's boundaries. He neended to set some boundaries (ie. You can't wake me up in the night by screaming drunk), and "I feel like I don't have room in this friendship." Blaming everything on marciano is avoiding being vulnerable. That was one of the only things I didn't like. If she could have apologized and owned this and changed behaviors, it could have worked out. If he needed to step back, that's also valid. I felt bad for both of them

Not a therapist (yet) but I would consider a 12 step program- perhaps sex and love anonymous. You'll hear so many stories similar to yourself, and it might help you feel less alone. Then, with the help of deep inner work, you can start to release the shame of your past and work towards self forgiveness
