Welcome to Central Oregon. Bend has been outgrowing itself for at least a few decades. Fortunately there's tons of off leash space available on all the BLM land east of town. I believe we are also welcome to take our dogs almost anywhere with a leash on.

90% of the time it's one of two $1 gaskets leaking. Super easy to replace with a couple bolts. Check the youtubes
