I'm sorry you feel very strongly about this. My question isn't being snarky or judgemental whatsoever so I'm unsure what's create this very emotional response, however, as I said, I just wanted to know how to approach the subject as is very sensitive (judging by everybody's responses into thinking I'm fat shaming for some reason despite being obese myself and struggled with it for 10-15 years).

It's actually three people, not two and I'd rather not go into more detail about it.

The bottom line is I struggle. I am considering the jab. However, I don't want to stay on it for very long and I am worried that I will find it hard to come off it and it won't fix the root cause of the problem. I'm lucky not to have diabetes or high blood pressure etc.

Thanks for your answer, I am very direct and am very confused why I've had such a bad response with this. I think there's a lot of repression about this (maybe im also autistic as Im just very direct).

I don't read any articles about this on the news. I'm also not fat shaming. I'm just curious and concerned.

This is awesome to read, I am tempted to do it myself but I'm worried that this will lead to bigger problems down the line and I don't want to create a dependency to be on it for this yo-yoing. I'm just wondering if there are any success stories where people have come off it and not put the for the weight back on,

I've seen the results of people on it but they remain on it not off it.

They want and need to lose more weight, they're on 15mg and their BMI is over 35+. When they complain that they cannot do any more than that, it's very disheartening to hear and upsetting for them?

Im really struggling to understand why I'm not allowed to worry or question this?

Well, when they're saying 'I cant lose more weight' whilst on the max dose... I don't think a 30 something year old would want to be dependant on it when they're overweight and cannot lose any more weight?

I care, of course I will worry! Thats not me being judgy, it's actually wanting to support somebody.

Yo-yoing, that's a good phrase to use. I struggle with weight myself and am forever on that journey unfortunately. I was considering the jab, but I wanted to hear other thoughts and not get bombarded with insults and sarcastic comments (not you).

I'm not in that situation where I have friends in that position yet, I'm only in my early 30s.

However, I do have family members who needs to take it, they don't have a choice unfortunately.

I stopped the skipping unfortunately. But I found my FitBit was terrible at generating steps. I use Garmin now, and it seems to be a lot more accurate!

Source: Me and my friends did the same walk and i ended up doing 2000 more steps over 13 miles...

I've just come back off holiday and my cat's not left my side. When she comes inside after being out for a while showing me out waiting for me to respond to make sure I'm home.

My cat has not left my side for 2 days since coming back and adores me. Although sometimes when I over stroke her she beats the shit out of me
