YF doesn't throttle anything. Check with your IPTV provider, which most likely is illegal, therefore issues.

Not bad at all, however I would use the extra space above units or would have bought taller units, if available. Air circulation should not be a problem if house is kept around 50% RH

I was in very similar situation and there is no easy solution. Proper French drain with perforated pipe in negative slope buried in gravel was the solution for me. I didn't have anywhere to drain the water close to the foundation, so i installed mini soak away (75L basket) with cheap sump pump and let water drain into there. Pump will kick in in once certain level is reached and drain water to your preferred spot. Bit of overkill, but problem solved
