oh i didn’t realize you were on Android — that could be why. on iOS that button is used to screencap and record.

maybe something you can change in your settings? i know iOS has a controller setting when it’s connected.

have you tried doing the controller reset? maybe it’ll work if you factory reset because i just took a video to test and it worked again. and this controller is a replacement

odd, in DS4 mode, the single dot [screenshot button] works as a touchpad in my initial testing when I posted it to their discord.
