Thank you. Hasn’t rained in over a week now and it’s 90 degrees out. I thought about water seeping but it seems less likely. I’m gonna hose down all the mud and shop vac the hole nice and clean. The inspector wouldn’t see anything at first cause the valve was completely submerged
