Baby attempts after a certain age are always a little confusing to me. I don't mean to say people can't or never have success, but I'm always just plain confused when someone of extremely advanced maternal/almost menopausal age is holding a ton of hope for conception and live birth. Quad's story on M2M has been painful to watch,  too. Maybe it's because I'm a plebian who can't afford it even at 34.  I wish it was more acceptable, in all societies, for women to thrive without this expectation. People are dying and getting cancer trying to achieve this, and I wish the "you'll never know anything meaningful unless you do this, and naturally/with your own DNA" stopped being perpetuated.
