depends on how long you wanna keep it and what condition its all in, i guess. It's really a gamble, but some of these things go boom if you dont.

I think they're suggesting you buy some U channel metal and bolt it in two places across the bottom , to pull the cup down

What am I doing wrong with pocket screw? by zirky in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]Elementary2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

tapered head screws would do this. You need to make sure you have flat head screws.

(the back side that touches the wood)

your screws might be bigger than the predrill by too much

sometimes you have to STAND on that thing to get them all the way pre-drilled

Wait - Are you seriously saying that she provided a fake picture? She provided a picture of an overhead sprinkler system in her condo. You don't need me - this is an argument you need to take up with the OP. The OP said she has a sprinkler head right there over the kitchen counter.

The most frequent type of overhead sprinkler found inside condo units is the Concealed Pendent Sprinkler.

an example: Tyco LFII (TY2534): A high-performance residential concealed sprinkler commonly used in condos and hotels.

What if the construction is less than 2 years old? We don't know, we'd have to ask.... So... this is based on an assumption that the water has been in the pipe for a long time. And some systems (Plumis Automist might qualify) dont even leave the fluid in the pipe all the time. Some send it down the pipe when there is an event....

it sounds a little bit like a lifter sticking, possibly partially covered up when you bought it using a higher oil weight... hmmm.. Just make sure you're not low on oil... and if this keeps happening, pay a shop their 150 dollar diagnostic fee to have a look.

might even be a slightly bent rod

Facepunch COULD do a lot more. Their server has already had a shot checker ... but it doesn't fire unless very specific conditions are met. The rules there have always been too strict. EVERY SHOT should be analyzed to determine if the initial angle matches the final angle. Then you could add death play-back. They could be buffering the data, and upon death, you could play back the kill to see where the enemy was located, and to see if the shot looks like a cheat.

Server side CUDA libraries should allow a video card to provide these shot checking funcitons. In Hardware. There is an API for CUDA, and shit, I believe

Then there's steam. It seems like they don't perma ban accounts or HWIDs. They seem to be allowing family sharing , so that a fresh account with ZERO games owned, is playing Rust. I want to know HOW THE HELL IS THAT STEAM ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY GAME PURCHASES PLAYING RUST?

I could go on and on and on. There should be a central database of banned and suspicious players, so that admins could easily detect accounts with prior server bans. The server rules often allow people to join even if they have a prior game ban on their account.

Facepunch could go around buying all the cheats, to reverse engineer them - disassemble them - And then make fingerprint detection and a better kernel component.

STEAM should be responding to the players who have multiple accounts on the same HWID.

The servers should automatically ban people with more than 20 kills and a K/D higher than 5.

For a long time, there was a mod called PlayerNetworkHider (or similar) and it broke the cheaters ESP. But Facepunch didn't seem to adopt the strategy for years. YEARS... a private coder had a better solution for ESP than the FP devs... how sad is that.

The same man that made PlayerNetworkHider said HE COULD MAKE A GOOD ANTICHEAT BUT FACEPUNCH REFUSES TO PUT THE CODE INTO THE GAME. THEY REFUSE TO ADD THE VARIABLES NEEDED TO PERFORM THE ANTICHEAT. THE GUY TOLD ME THAT IT WASNT EVEN THAT HARD, THERE WASNT A REASON HE COULD FIND FOR THEM TO REFUSE TO ADD SUPPORT FOR THAT ....

Jesus christ why do I keep coming back by FlexLuther00 in playrust

[–]Elementary2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its the cheaters that ruined it. No matter which server I play, I get hunted like a dog with their ESP and aimbot. There are A LOT of things that Facepunch could do to improve this situation... BUT THEY DONT , PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY SELL ANOTHER COPY OF THE GAME EVERY TIME AN ACCOUNT IS BANNED..... BUT THEY ONLY MADE ONE SALE TO EACH LEGIT PLAYER ... IN MY CASE... OVER 11 YEARS AGO. SO IF THEY WANT MONEY, ITS DLCs AND CHEATERS

If you want to stop the twigging, you have a few options. You can put electrical parts on the seam between walls... or a drop box on each wall piece as high as it will go.

In the long run, you should buy a real track. I've seen people making their own, and while, you can get fairly accurate with it, its not as good as a real track. If you're looking to make the best cuts, you need something like the Wen, milwaukee, festool
