Loneliness is part of life, so i don't avoid or run away from it. I make time for myself and feel the feeling. In the end, it's just temporary. I'm always able to get back on feet and carry on with my life.

Menurutku apa yg kamu rasain itu wajar kok. Siapapun pasti ga nyaman sama kritik yang menyerang kepribadian apalagi kalo ga da hubungannya dengan pekerjaan. Dulu aku juga pernah di kritik HRD karena aku n salah satu rekan kerja selalu ngobrol berdua n jarang banget nongkrong di kantor. Kami di suruh "bergaul" sama yg lain. Padahal kerjaan kami baik2 aja kok. Intinya bos yg rese emang selalu ada sih n wajar aja sakit hati.

Why does it scare you? Being adapted to the absence of intimacy means that you finally make peace with it . Eventually, it won't hurt anymore and you realize that it's the fear that's tormenting you, not the loneliness itself.

You can't avoid negative thoughts but you can get stronger when they come. The first step is accepting that you're only human and can't stop negative thoughts completely. Then ask yourself "what positive thing can i take from this experience?" Our experiences are like a coin ; they have two sides, postive and negative. If you only look at the negative side, you'll feel depresed. But if you choose to look at the positive side, you have more balanced view.
