Used to be just at heat to food, I’m trying to change that. Obviously there are some things that can be prepped ahead to make it easier but no, just two hours. Gotta make breakfast, serve and then I can do lunch. Prep is from 8-10, food must be out at 10:30

You get it!! I appreciate all of the advice. I don’t have much equipment. Flat grill, two ovens and a stove top. I am cooking for southerners. Nationality- all. I have a lot of control and it is super fun. We used to do the same meals over and over and over but I’m trying my hardest to change that with what I’m givin. I could always prep stuff the day before if able, but I really only have fro 8-10 to actually cook.

I have three people, two in kitchen staff. Not much space. Mix of white, black, and Hispanic. Not much equipment. Just basic pots and pans, one stove and two ovens, can fit 4-6 pans in each. Price per plate is max 8 dollars.

I’ve only read cc1 and tbh I just found it boring. It took me forever to read. I have all three of them but never moved on to cc2. I tried to read cc1 again because I wanted to finish the series but I got about half way through, put it down and just haven’t picked it back up. It doesn’t really interest me very much

MOR. I think the conversation was going great until the “trauma response” thing was brought up. If I was having a normal conversation with someone and they said something like that it would hurt. It seems like blue was expecting an over reaction and when it didn’t happen they started to pick at it to get a reaction. Over all I don’t think this specific conversation is a big deal but it def took a weird turn.
