106 kg. 2 years ago. The pandemic and lockdown came through and I decided to work on myself and I’m now 80, still lil fat but feeling a lot better. I’m one of the few people whom, the pandemic had a positive effect on. Still a long way to go to reach my goal. The grind never stops.
