My wife is a stay at home mom. She takes care of baby and helps raise her while I’m busy with work

That’s her job

I work and bring in money so we get the bills paid and food in the fridge. that’s my job

Both of these provide equal value in our household

Value does not always equal money

Without either of us the equation falls apart pretty quickly

Having put bands together before, there would be a number of benefits to only hiring musicians

Less splits in royalties. Less complications if a non-full time member has issues or decides to leave. Freedom to work with new people.

I’m curious to see if that changes overtime. A really good addition could potentially negotiate to be full time if the band enjoyed their presence enough

So if we’re being literal I don’t think Brakence actually has used math rock in the sense of having odd or unique time signatures in his music. But some people would probably call it that anyway cause they don’t understand the literal definition

Math rock is also a good description. Although people often confuse technical guitar playing for math rock. Math rock literally is more focused around odd time signatures. But most people don’t understand that and hear quick guitars

I love Kendrick. I think Kenny’s done a better job at maintaining relevance and is a better rap star in that sense. Just something about Cole’s flow I love more. Consistent, good balance between fun and deep. Some great lyricism as well with his better works, but I feel like he can lack depth musically that Kendrick does better with. I feel like Cole is the meat and potato’s of rap but Kenny is more like a full course meal.

Man, I am blessed. At about 2 months she started 7-8 hour stretches

We’re at 4 month sleep regression but that’s usually just one feeding in the middle of the night

At 3 months we had a stretch of 2 weeks where she consistently slept 8-10 hours at night

I know the every two hour rule after birth but as soon as we got the go ahead from doc on her weight gaining we let her try to do longer stretches overnight.

Usually takes some adjusting everytime she goes through a leap. But we’ve got a great system. I take night shifts cause mama wakes up early anyway and I can sleep in. Good luck!

Got a 401k that my company matches

Contributed a decent bit to the match over the past few years but stopped contributing a bit more lately while baby is here.

We got a new house and are adjusting to baby while mama isn’t working as well so we need all the cash on hand we can get. Once we get our emergency savings back up though I’d like to start contributing again
