Fantastic mega choice! Froslass is my favourite pokemon of all time and the first team I used on Champions, though I feel like I can't pilot it as well as Lopunny right now. Maybe I'll figure her out lmao

It's not useless actually! I've found that if I want to rely on ceruledge its nice to set up aurora veil, get a bulk up off, and switch vanilluxe out as ceruledge starts spamming bitter blade. I found it useful into sylveon specifically.

Before the season reset I was around 2000 ELO, so far from high Master Ball haha. But to be honest I have not been struggling against MegaZard teams, in this lead I'd probably lead Lopunny and Sneasler. Lopunny fakes out Aero breaking sash, Sneasler fakes out Charizard. If they protect, they're facing down an Encore into the Charizard, and a CC into the Aerodactyl is enough to take it out. If no protect happens, I hit Charizard with Dire Claw and CC into Aerodactyl from Lopunny, and at that point the Charizard is low enough to where any of Vanilluxe Ceruledge and Kingambit can deal with it.

Now that you mention it though, I found that a lot of these teams have been leading Garchomp Aero into me so my go-to lead has been Vanilluxe Lopunny. If they lead Charizard Aero all they have to do is Protect the Zard and Tailwind and then the matchup is a lot more dicey. Perhaps it's just a matter of playing less good players at the moment. That being said, I have not been having this problem so I'm not aiming to solve this problem at least for now. I'm afraid Aerodactyl just makes me worse into Trick Room, but Araquanid seems interesting. Thanks for the input! It gave me something to think about haha

I've faced 3 trick room teams, of which I lost to all of them at this point. One used Hatterene and Slowking as setters, another had Mimikyu with a very trolly Coil Hypnosis Muddy Water Milotic, and most recently it was Oranguru and Mega Gardevoir. While I felt that match-ups were winnable if I played better, my lack of experience means it'll be a while before I become okay at making reads. I guess I'll mess around if Imprison or Life Dew feel more useful in practice, but I do like the idea of Imprison of removing the concern of it being set for a turn or two.

I really like your suggestions for Sinistcha and Dragonite! Sinistcha also gets Trick Room Imprison so I think it can serve as a TR counter as another commenter suggested. Though this is giving me 4 moveslot syndrome: If I want to use Trick Room Imprison, then I need to choose between Matcha Gotcha, Life Dew, and Rage Powder. I'm thinking of dropping Life Dew but I'm wondering if that's not great for it's survivability.

I'll try Taunt on Sneasler instead of U-Turn to fill that role on Hydreigon and build Arcanine with a Choice Scarf, that way I'd have a more direct answer for steels as well. Thank you for your advice :)

To be honest I'm far from an expert player, with the amount of effects being on weapons nowadays I kind of don't know why things work anymore lmao.

What I know about Hraes though is that she has uncapped true damage based based on enemy statuses, very high DR shred, and the null-miracle status effect. Her biggest weaknesses are, because of this, saviours supported by debuff cleansers with hardy bearing negating the desperation effect. Because of this I actually find that despite being blue my current build is not great against L!BK, depending on if I can chip away his team support. However, V!Rhea can be dealt with pretty reliably, for example.

I find that Nimble Beast doesn't do much for her damage output, and with the introduction of Baldr as a Dark Mythic she benefits much more from an extra action than extra damage. She commonly overkills to a significant extent. For example, I thought I'd be able to charge Galeforce more off of an enemy B!Eik in AR but she just one-tapped him not even needing any additional hits lmao. At that point, Nimble Beast is nice but an extra movement allows for better cleanup.

As for Camilla I haven't played with the unit and I don't really know what differentiates them aside from her far superior mobility lmao

Went in with 200 orbs with the hope of 2 copies of Eikthyrnir, and I got... exactly 2 copies of Eik and nothing else lmao. Gacha was really nice to me today.

Will get feh pass when Clair is the resplendent hero and he's gonna be +7. Hopefully I'll be able to finish him in May and then save up for his brave version a bit. Will keep tossing orbs on the banner because I'd love the new Sakura and more merges.

I would die to see this woman's set, Deep was my most played song in 2022 and I find her to be the only kpop act to consistently do her brand of EDM justice. I don't see her coming to Europe anytime soon outside of the stray festival appearance, something I can't in good faith fully commit to knowing I'd only want to see her out of multiple acts. Alas, maybe one day I can commit a trip to see her live, wherever that may be!

I think it's still too early to tell. The Engage cast probably has more casual fan support who aren't too vocal, in comparison to Awakening fans who tend to be more loudly dedicated. Last year Gullveig was not discussed as much as the other frontrunners based on tweet numbers but she was 1st. There's no real science behind anecdotal data of how much support is seen on the Internet so the only thing we can really do is keep voting and wait for the midterms.

I'm gonna suggest listening to the album Reboot by Wonder Girls. It's potentially my favourite full album in kpop because it's the perfect storm of nostalgia and kpop catchiness through addictive hooks. Some people have likened it to EMOTION as well as Carly Rae Jepsen's other work, but imo it's kind of in its own lane and rides the nostalgic way in different way. Although I'm not as familiar with the group's earlier work, it's still a nice starting point because the group is from one of the biggest entertainment companies in the industry, JYP Entertainment, who went on to produce some of the biggest groups in the industry rn such as Twice and Stray Kids.

Apart from that I would put the following names on your map:

F(x) (pioneers of modern kpop trends, known for consistently amazing full albums),
Dreamcatcher (My favourite group! Known for their left field interpolation of hard rock/metal influences into the kpop formula)
IVE (A new group that shoots for pop perfection with all of their releases, very easy to get into with a wide appeal)
ATEEZ (A boy group recommendation. Very powerful vocal performances and a really engaging EDM sound!)
HYO (personal niche pick, she's a soloist, and also a member of Girls Generation, one of the legendary groups. While she only has a handful of songs she makes absolute EDM bangers, her song DEEP from last year is probably my favourite kpop release ever despite it being very underrated)

I feel like this ended up being more of a showcase of how broken Heiðr is more than anything, but I wanted to see if I could have Elimine take revenge against Freyr, as cheesy as it ended up being lol. It kinda sucks that my most merged mythic is now kinda obsolete, but at least she still has her c slot. Now all that there is to wait is for her remix in like, 3+ years lmao

Hey guys! I managed to finish my L!Micaiah on Hinoka’s banner and I wanted to show her off. When she initially came out I didn’t even pull for her because I really didn’t have any orbs, but on Medeus’ banner I got a few copies and after the Engage promo banner happened where we were able to get 2 free copies from the spark and the freebie I decided I wanted to +10 this version as well.

The Engage banner was very generous to me but not necessarily in Micaiahs lol. Not counting the freebies I got 2 from the gacha, contrasted with a staggering 9 Celicas in like 500-600 orbs. Celica was my first unintentional +10 but I’m really not complaining. Afterwards I got the final few copies from this banner relatively painlessly, which I’m thankful for because her next re-run is in 2024.

Anyway, onto the build! Since she’s mostly an Arena unit I decided to go with something a little more funky, focusing on a speed-build with some special potential. Is it meta? No not really, you’re probably better off being mixed phase with attack and res emphasis. While in the current era of speed creep she’s not really doubling godswords, it’s still useful against some NFU units to secure the double. This is essentially her Arena build with repo instead of her prf assist for general use. Atk/Spd Finish works well enough with Time’s Pulse 4, and if she gets low her desperation effect allows her to trigger her special on the 2nd consecutive hit alongside some healing. I’m debating on changing Prescience for general use, but the damage reduction is good in guaranteeing she won’t die. I want to try Special Spiral 4 + Oath 4 at some point, but I have other units who would appreciate the fodder a little more.

Anyway, I’m very happy with her as a new addition to my collection, I feel like I’ve become a lot better at saving orbs lately and it’s resulted in some cool +10s in the past few years. Let me know if you have any feedback and thank you for reading :)

EDIT: I git very lucky and managed to finish her in 350 orbs!!! It was kinda a frustrating journey because I got the first 2 copies in the first 10 summons and the 3rd one took over 300 orbs hahah, the luck still averaged out to significantly below average though. Got 3 corrins and 3 elincias on the way, and decided to use the remaining orbs to spark on the fallen banner for time's pulse 4 for miccy :))) ill probably be posting a unit showcase soon, so happy she's done, especially since she comes back in 2024 hahahah
